About Ayesha: Drawing from a rich tapestry of experience, Ayesha's background has prepared her well for her NGN journey. Ayesha joined the project with a range of industry knowledge, specifically in business analysis and implementation strategies. Her time leading the implementation of customer relationship management software and other change initiatives honed her skills in identifying and navigating complex organizational needs and facilitating smooth transitions, all vital facets of her current role.
Ayesha’s NGN Journey: With nine months under her belt, Ayesha has mastered project coordination for the NGN Program with finesse and precision. She wears many hats on the NGN team, supporting the project managers as they navigate numerous, and at times complex, building migrations. From leading technical orientations to coordinating building access for the deployment teams to sifting through each building’s individual data and requests, her meticulous attention to detail ensures no stone is left unturned in the pursuit of seamless building migrations.
Challenges Turned Triumphs: While the road to success may be paved with challenges, Ayesha's journey with NGN has been a testament to teamwork and support. Surrounded by a collaborative environment where guidance is readily available, she navigates each task with ease, turning potential obstacles into opportunities for growth.
Beyond the Desk: When it’s time to unplug, Ayesha prefers to spend her time in the great outdoors, usually embracing the serenity of kayaking or the adventure of a long hike. Her passion for travel and culinary exploration has no borders, with each new destination offering an opportunity to discover new sights, cultures, and cuisines. When it comes to a favorite, Thai cuisine is Ayesha’s pick, thanks to both the bold flavors and colorful presentation of the dishes.
Fun Fact: What you may not know about Ayesha’s travels is that she and her family of five are on a quest to explore the natural wonders of the United States by visiting every national park. With 50 of the 63 national parks already conquered, their journey emphasizes her love of adventure and a reverence for the beauty of nature. Her favorite National Parks, so far, are Zion (Utah) and Glacier Bay (Alaska).
